I am sorry to have to advise you that due to the low number of family for this event the ‘FAMILY QUIZ NIGHT’ 12th October 2013 has been cancelled.

A friend of our Group chairman has a quiz ready for all the family,questions for Children and Adults

The date is Saturday 12th October @ 6-30pm at Group HQ

Entrance fee to the quiz  will be £5 a family and will include food!

If you would like to come please come back to me Friday.

Marquee Hire – 2013

Hello Everyone 

I would like to sincerely thank everyone who has helped with the marquee this summer.

 For every ones commitment and hard work the group has raised £1200 from your efforts.

All Parents Please could you make sure you have paid your subs please. Its £32 per child. All cheques to be made payable to 18th Ipswich Scout Group.

Bingo – Fish & Chips 21st September 2013

This fund raising evening will take place on Saturday 21st September 2013 @ 6.30pm at 18th Ipswich Headquarters.

Fish & Chip supper will need to be ordered and paid for in advance and the bingo tickets will be on sale on the night..

Volunteers to Help put up / down the Marquee

We need as many hands as possible to put up / down the Marquee

The funds enable the volunteer leaders to carry out activities to benefit the children, whilst avoiding the possibility of subscription increases at a time of increasing costs.

District Cub Camp 2013

DISTRICT CUB CAMP will take place at Hallowtree Friday 12th July to Sunday 14th July 2012.

We need as many hands as possible to put up tents for District Cub Camp.

Meeting at Hallowtree (main field) on Wednesday 10th July 2012 at 7.00pm

The camp start at 6pm on Friday and finished on Sunday at 3:30 pm

Looking at the weather forecast can you please make sure your child has enough sun cream, a hat and correct clothing.
