We need as many hands as possible to put up / down the NEW Marquee for the

Suffolk Dog Day and Classic Car Rally at Helmingham Hall

Suffolk Dog Day – PR Event

Up – Saturday 28th July 2012 – Midday meet at HQ

Down – Monday 30th July 2012 – 6.30pm meet at HQ

Classic Car Rally – Revenue £350

Up – Saturday 4th August 2012 – 11:00 am meet at HQ

Down – Monday 6th August 2012 . – 6.30pm meet HQ

The Litter Pick will be at Holywells Park on Friday 29th June 2012, starting at 7:00pm until 9.15pm.

The Environment Badge will be award to all those taking part.

This is a great opportunity to promote scouting and helping a very worthwhile cause…

Morning Market and Table Top Sale

23rd June 2012 10AM a fundraising effort by ’18th Ipswich (Holywells) Scout Group.

Location : Carpark, Margaret Catchpole PH, Cliff Lane Ipswich

Tables £5 each (bring your own table). You keep all the proceeds. We can rent you a table for £2 if booked in advance.

Hunt for bargains and Clear out those unwanted items for cash.

Spaces are limited to first come first served.

Arrivals from 8.45 to 9.45am for a 10AM start.

This Morning Market and Table Top Sales was a huge success….
