Dear Parents/Carers,
On Friday 12th February 2016 at 7:30pm Jim Lowe from the Sue Ryder Care will be coming to the scout section to give a presentation to the scouts and leaders about Dementia with a focus on Alzheimer’s, Jim’s visit is to raise the awareness of Dementia to as many people as possible because the more people that know then the greater difference we can make. With that in mind I would like to openly invite any scout, cub and beaver parents/carers to come along because it many not affect many of us right now but may in the future and to know what help and advice there is could be a great comfort to many of us.
If you would like to come then please let your section leader know, so I know what numbers are coming, if you see anyone else within the group then please pass on this open invite.
