Dear Parent / Guardian,
We are planning to take the cubs to Crown Pools on Monday 10th December 2012. This is due to the Christmas Post being sorted in the Scout Hut on the Monday night.
The cost of this evening will be £2.60 per cub. We will meet in the Foyer at 6:30pm and be ready to go in at 6:45pm. All cubs must be in full uniform. We will need some parental help for this session please. Each cub will need a £1 coin for a locker.
Please return the slip below, and indicate if your child will or will not be coming to Crown Pools.
There will be no meeting at the H.Q. that evening.
Please be at Crown Pools to collect your son / daughter at 8:45pm.
