Dear Parent / Guardian,
We are planning to take the Beavers / Cubs / Scouts to Hallowtree on Thursday 6th December 2018.
There will be no meetings at the H.Q. on Monday 3rd, Tuesday 4th or Friday 7th December, this is due to the Christmas Post being sorted in the Scout Hut.
We will meet at the Hallowtree in the Main Car Park at 18:25.
Your son/daughter will need to bring a waterproof in case of bad weather. Beavers / Cubs / Scouts need to be in full uniform.
Please be at Hallowtree, Main Car to collect your son / daughter at 20:00.
