Dear Parent/Guardian,
We are organizing a Group Camp for all sections to attend at The Croft Camp Site, Sudbury, Suffolk, CO8 5JD
We have already booked and paid the deposit for the weekend from Friday 9th September until Sunday 11th September 2022. The cost of the camp is being subsidized by the Group.
Beavers, Cubs and Scouts will be able camp two nights under canvas at a fee of £12 (non-refundable) via OSM / Go Cardless. This will cover the site fees, food, drink and all activities and transport needed whilst we are at camp.
Transport to and from The Croft Camp site is not included in your fee.
More information will be issued to all attending, no later than 4 weeks before the event.
Your reply is required no later than Friday 15th July 2022 in order for your child to secure a place. Including £12 camp fee via OSM.
