Dear Parents and Carers,
We made it! Our first face to face meeting since March went off without a hitch last Monday – thank you to Barry, Jeff, Pam and Mitchell and the Cubs for making it a success. It was lovely to see the young people in person again and have an evening of new (socially distant) making fire and cooking, which everyone loved.
Next week (Monday 5th Oct) it’s another Cubs – Making Fire and Cooking (Bubble 2) meeting at Scout HQ.
Thank you so much to all our parents and members for following all the rules we’ve had to put in place so far – we couldn’t have got this far without your ever patient support. Please do keep remembering to check the getting back to safety webpage, visit Parent Portal to sign up for sessions and remembering the Keeping Safe Code for arrival, during and departure at meetings.
If you are receiving this email and your young person is no longer a member, or doesn’t wish to come back, could you please let me know – hitting reply to this email will get straight back to me – so we can update our records and release spaces for new members who wish to join us.
