Well Done to, Millie for Carrying the St Georges flag, also the two girls who did the reading during the service.

My thanks to all parents for bringing there children to the parade, They were a credit to our group.

I hope they enjoyed the parade and thank goodness it was a lovely day, as it was an open air parade.

St George’s Day Parade

I would like to remind all sections that it is St George’s Day Parade this Sunday 21st April.

This is the most important date in the Scouting calender, a time when all sections and groups come together to renew their scout promise.

I would expect all sections to be well represented, in full and correct uniform please.

The 18th Ipswich should be leading this parade this year, a Scout from our group is carrying The St George’s Flag.

We have also been asked for Scouts to do the readings at the service.

All the Group will meet @ Garrison Lane, Car Park @ 2pm as Cub Camp has been cancelled due to insufficent numbers.

Please be @ Garrison Lane to collect your child from 3-45pm.
